AI Facebook ads tool for agencies

Bring every client a clear Facebook ads plan, every week

Vibelets is an AI growth team for Meta ads, built for agencies running Facebook and Instagram ads for ecommerce and DTC brands. It audits each client's ad account, plans what to pause, test and launch each week, builds the ads, and runs only the changes your team approves: pausing, resuming, budget moves, and publishing new campaigns, which start paused.

Built by a team that has managed $200M+ in ad spend.

What clients are asking

Your clients are asking if they can just have the AI

Clients rarely leave over budget. In Setup's 2025 Marketing Relationship Survey, dissatisfaction with delivery (61%) and with value (61%) came ahead of budget cuts (39%) as reasons clients ended an agency relationship, and 44% said the agency did not understand their business. AI tools now give clients a sharper version of the value question.

The answer is what the retainer buys: the thinking on their account, someone accountable when a call goes wrong, and a reason for every change. Make that visible each week: the decisions you made, the ones you turned down and why, and the one call you need from the client.

Each week, your team gets that thinking in writing for each client: a plan with the reason for each proposed change, ready for you to sign off.

The Setup survey drew on about 100 responses from agencies and brands and is not specific to Meta ads.

If a client brings you an AI tool

  • Run it side by side with your team on one account for a week, then show where your calls differ and why.
  • If they want the tool to make every call, agree in writing which calls stay with your team, such as big budget moves, pausing a top ad and anything off brand.

How it works

How Vibelets works for an agency

4 steps for each client. Each client's account stays separate, with its own audit, plan and log.

1

Connect the client's ad account

The client connects it, or adds your agency as a partner in Meta Business settings, so you can connect it from your own login without their password or 2FA. Vibelets asks for edit access when you connect, and nothing runs until you add a card and approve the changes. Once it's connected, you get a free audit summary right away, before you add a card.

2

Start the trial and get the full audit

Add a card to start the 14-day trial. Vibelets audits the account and flags what is hurting it: tracking, structure, spend with no return, creative fatigue and pacing.

3

Review the weekly plan

What to pause, test and launch for that client, with the reason for each proposed change. Creative Studio builds the new ads the plan calls for. New campaigns start paused.

4

Approve, and Vibelets runs it

Your team, or a client you invite, approves item by item or a whole section at once. Only approved changes run, and the activity log records each one.

Client owns the Business Manager? Send them this.

Hi [name], to set up your weekly Facebook ads plan, we need partner access to your Meta ad account. In Meta Business settings, go to Partners, add our Business ID [your Business ID] and share the ad account [account name] with us. You keep ownership and can remove our access at any time. Nothing changes in the account unless it's approved first, and every change is logged with who approved it and why.

See Meta's guide to giving a partner access to business assets.

The plan, and why

Every change comes with its reason

Each client's week starts from a plan like this. Your team accepts or declines each item, so the client review starts from decisions, not a dashboard.

Example plan for a fictional brand. No real account data.

You decide

Your team approves every change

Vibelets runs only what you approve. Each weekly plan sets out the proposed changes and the reason for each. Your team, or a client you invite to the workspace, accepts or declines them one by one or a whole section at once. Clients approve with the rights you give them.

What Vibelets can run once approved:

  • Pausing and resuming
  • Budget moves
  • Publishing new campaigns, which start paused

Spend rules only propose changes. They are off by default, and every change they suggest still needs a yes. The activity log records every change, who approved it, where it came from and why.

When you trial any tool, time both sides for a month: hours saved on executing and hours added to reviewing. A tool that only moves work from one column to the other is not saving it.

Before you touch a client's account, agree in writing

  • Who can approve a change
  • The spend cap, per day or per campaign
  • Where every change is logged, with the date, the person and the reason
Has a client asked for an audit log or spend cap, and could you produce one?

Your client list

Each client account gets its own audit and plan

Connect each client's ad account; each gets its own audit and weekly plan. Several ad accounts can sit in one workspace, up to your plan's ad account limit, and the All accounts view on Home shows them together. Each account's numbers stay separate: nothing is summed across clients.

See pricing for current plans, or book a demo and we'll size a plan for your client list.

Agency playbook

4 checklists for any client account

Use them with or without Vibelets. Copy one into your own client doc.

01

Audit a client's Facebook ad account before you take it on

  • Check tracking first: Pixel and Conversions API both firing, and Event Match Quality (Meta scores it 0 to 10).
  • Find ad sets that can't exit learning. Meta needs about 50 results in the week after the last significant edit (learning phase).
  • List ad sets spending past the client's target with no conversions.
  • Flag ads that have run for weeks while cost per result climbs.
  • Check budget pacing, and what each campaign optimizes for.

With Vibelets: the audit runs once you connect the account and start the trial.

02

Run a clean Facebook ad creative test

  • Change one variable at a time.
  • Build 3 new ads from the client's best ad, each around one idea: its top line, the customers' biggest objection, one proof point.
  • Write down which ad you expect to hold up best, and why.
  • Launch the ads together, to the same audience, with enough impressions each.
  • Read hook rate (3-second views ÷ impressions) and link CTR before CPA.

With Vibelets: the plan suggests the test with its reason, and Creative Studio builds new ads from the client's best ones.

03

Share Facebook ads results with a client every week

  • Agree the client's business number: closed sales or revenue.
  • Show results against it, plus MER if they share revenue.
  • Say what changed and why, and which creatives are holding or fatiguing.
  • List the tests running, next week's plan and the one decision you need.
  • If your numbers differ from Ads Manager, name the attribution setting you read.

With Vibelets: every plan item carries a reason you can quote.

04

Tell real AI from the same old rules

  • Run the tool on a client account you know well.
  • Check that it names the specific ad set, creative and what changed.
  • Run it on a second account: the calls should differ where the accounts differ.
  • Ask what it chose not to do, and why.
  • Generic "raise budget" or "pause" advice is a rule with a new label.

With Vibelets: it reads each client's own history, so you can check its read against yours.

Questions agencies ask

What if a client wants to run Vibelets without us?

They can, because brands use Vibelets directly too. Agencies that keep those clients usually do it by showing the thinking each week, or by running Vibelets with them: a client can join your workspace and approve changes with the rights you give them, while your team builds the plan and answers for it.

Does Vibelets make changes directly in a client's ad account?

Only the ones you approve. Vibelets asks for edit access when you connect, and nothing runs until you add a card and approve the changes: pausing, resuming, budget moves, and publishing new campaigns, which start paused. Every change is logged with who approved it, and the account owner can remove access at any time in Meta Business settings.

What doesn't Vibelets do yet?

It works on Meta only (Facebook and Instagram), so other ad platforms aren't supported yet. There's no per-creative view yet showing which creative launched, held up or dropped off, and why. Numbers aren't summed across client accounts, and there's no voice cloning. And it doesn't promise a ROAS or CPA.

Who connects a client's Meta ad account?

Either the client or your agency. If the client owns the Business Manager, they add your agency as a partner once. You then connect the account from your own login, without their password or 2FA. Each client's ad account connects separately, and several can sit in one workspace. See Meta's guide to giving a partner access to business assets.

Can in-house media buyers and affiliate networks use Vibelets?

Yes. Media buyers and affiliate partners connect each Meta ad account one at a time and get an audit and weekly plan for each, with the reason for each proposed change. Vibelets suggests and you decide, so the buying stays yours. Freelance? See Vibelets for freelancers.

Is there a white-label or client-facing portal?

Not today. A client who approves changes does so as a member of your workspace, with the rights you give them. You can quote the reasons from each weekly plan in your own client update, so the client sees the thinking behind each call while the account stays in your workspace.

How is client data handled?

Each client's ad account connects separately, and every change is logged with who approved it, where it came from and why. The account owner can remove access at any time in Meta Business settings. For how Vibelets handles data, see Security and the Data Processing Agreement.

What does it cost?

The audit summary is free once you connect an account. Vibelets then starts with a 14-day trial, and the full audit comes with it once you add a card. Plans are priced by ad account, not by your clients' ad spend, and each client's ad spend is paid to Meta directly, not to Vibelets. See pricing for current plans, or book a demo and talk to us.

What is the best AI tool for managing Facebook ads for an agency?

Look for 4 things: does the tool read each client's own ad account, name what to change on that account rather than apply a fixed rule, build ads from that client's best ads, and run nothing without your approval? Vibelets audits each account, plans its week with the reason for each proposed change, builds ads from the client's best ones and runs only what you approve.

Start with one client account

Connect one client's Meta ad account and get a free audit summary. Add a card to start the 14-day trial and get the full audit. Vibelets asks for edit access when you connect, and nothing runs until you approve the changes. Then add the next client. Or book a demo to walk through it first.
